4.1 Scope and Deliverables

All consulting engagements are fixed-scope. The scope, deliverables, timeline, and price are defined in the engagement letter. Changes to scope require written agreement from both parties.

4.2 Payment

Payment terms are as set out in the engagement letter. Unless otherwise agreed, invoices are payable within 14 days of issue. Late payment may result in suspension of work without liability to Calderis.

4.3 Confidentiality

Calderis treats all client information as confidential and does not disclose it to third parties without consent, except where required by law or where disclosure is necessary to perform the services. Clients are similarly expected to treat any proprietary Calderis methodologies and materials as confidential.

4.4 Limitation of Liability

Our consulting services are advisory in nature. Responsibility for implementing, adapting, or acting on any recommendations rests with the client. To the extent permitted by law, Calderis's total liability for any claim arising from an engagement shall not exceed the total fees paid for that engagement. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental loss.
