We do not require a minimum company size — what matters is that the leadership team is ready to engage constructively with the process.
How does a typical engagement begin?
Every engagement begins with a discovery conversation — usually about an hour — where we listen to what your organisation is navigating. From there, we clarify scope, agree on a timeline, and outline what you can expect to receive at the end. There is no obligation before that initial conversation.
What does the engagement fee cover?
Each service fee covers all working sessions, written deliverables (frameworks, reports, toolkits), and follow-up clarifications within the stated engagement period. Travel within the Klang Valley is included. We aim to be transparent about scope — what you see in the service description is what the fee covers.
Is my organisation's information kept confidential?
Yes. All client information is treated with full confidentiality. We sign non-disclosure agreements as a matter of course, and we do not reference client engagements in any external communication without explicit written consent. Protecting your organisation's information is a professional obligation we take seriously.
How soon can an engagement begin after enquiry?
Subject to scheduling, most engagements can commence within two to three weeks of the initial conversation. If your situation has a particular timeline or deadline, do let us know — we will do our best to accommodate where we can.
Do you work with organisations outside Kuala Lumpur?
Yes. While our office is based in Taman Tun Dr Ismail, we work with organisations across Malaysia. Working sessions can be conducted in person or by video, depending on what suits the engagement. Any travel costs outside the Klang Valley are discussed openly before work begins.
